We can, therefore we will

Banning it will simply drive it underground and make it that much more profitable for all involved in providing the service.

Just like drugs.

Geneticists fear that one day this method could be used to create new races of humans with extra, desired characteristics such as strength or high intelligence.

+Simon B And the story is sweeping the internet. It is hard to say where it started, but the Daily Mail appears to be the source.

This is one of the many things for which we can thank "The Church".  Then again, using genetic modification to create an invincible human could put Earth in even more jeopardy than it is already.

Obviously these people are of low intelligence who are proposing these ideas!  Us counter-cultural people thought we won in the sixties but guess what?  I call this the tyranny of C students!  It would be so funny if these genetically modified humans are as stupid as the people who created them.  If you aren't very intelligent in the first place how would you know who is intelligent and who isn't?  If people of higher IQs oppose this then what does that tell you?
