    Not only that, occupying the house doesn't mean you have access to the other services you need to run and manage a house.  You still in some sort of cash flow.

    More so moving from habitual poverty to working class requires social re-education and job skills training. However, many of the homeless now are middle class young families who have the requisite skills and merely need a base from which they can operate to recover.
