Great article.  It does not go into great detail about how to cut these roots.  I've found much peace by doing a few simple things to combat misinformation.

    1. I turn off my cell phone regularly.
    2. Turned off the television.  Yes, Completely.
    3. I stay away from "touchy" conversations about religion, politics, conspiracy theory, etc.
    4. Stay away from gas stations Blasting GSTV.
    5. Avoid distractions and focus on my doing my job, doing my housework, loving people and spending time with my family.
    6. Read only truth, not news.

Our society seems dependent on entertainment while life is outside waiting.  My tip.  Go live life, share life, and stop trying to figure everything out.
