Apparently the Constitution doesn't mean much to the actual power behind the puppets.
For a man who doesn't want the ability to order the military to abduct and detain citizens – without charge or trial – it is quite odd that his administration is appealing yet again.

It's in case they need it, along with the politicization/militarization of police, training of troops in US cities and the millions of rounds of .40 ammunition ordered by HSA. And have you noticed the sudden blooming of hundreds/thousands of cameras along the freeways?
